EXTERNAL COLOR SELECTIONS

Friday 3rd Feb our plans got sent off to Lend Lease (Jordan Springs) for approvel by Rebecca it can take up to 10 working days for a response back the external colors we decided to go with are

upgraded roof tiles: vogue in gun metal
upgraded bricks: PGH Espresso with off white morter
upgraded render to piers: equal to surfmist

gutter in ironstone
faccia in surfmist
downpipes in ironstone
water tank comes in paperbark only
windows in wideline pearl white
garage door in surfmist
concrete driveway in gunmetal (we would've liked to do paved but no color was suited)
