    1. Hi Adrii I live around the corner at cranebrook and go to Jordan springs everyday with the kids aswel as play in the park i check out how elderton homes are going and ive noticed they are really starting to take off. I was getting a little worried at first seeing so many signs up for elderton but little progress so its great seeing fast progress now, theres one on water gum drive thats just finished the frame it all went up so quick i think everyone is trying to beat the rain and play catch up..

I went down into jordan springs good news it doesnt flood there. So what bricks colors did you guys go with i love watching the new homes go up.

  10. When you did your tender usually it tells what the land is m or h. If you haven't heard from Elderton then you should be fine.

  11. All Jordan springs is a h slab. But each block of land is different so it might be more for piering they won't know untill the day. We are in crimson it's pretty flat but can't assume anything with builders.
